We manufacture padded and insulated outerwear according to customer-supplied tech packs, material requirements, and quality standards, covering padded jackets, quilted styles, vests, parkas, and other insulated outerwear categories.
From sample development to bulk production, we focus on warmth, fit, filling distribution, stitching quality, trim selection, and production consistency.
Ski & Snow Outerwear
We support ski and snow outerwear development based on customer tech packs, fabric requirements, and performance targets, including insulated ski jackets, snow pants, bib pants, and technical winter sports layers.
Fabric options can be developed around required waterproofing, breathability, membrane type, lamination structure, coating method, and water-repellent finish. PFAS-free and non-fluorinated DWR options are available based on customer material requirements and supplier documentation.
