Excel Action Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001, building on apparel sourcing and production experience that traces back to 1994 in Hong Kong.
We develop and produce functional outerwear, workwear and protective clothing for retail and industrial buyers in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Australia. Our wholly owned production base, Jiangxi Breath Textile Co., Ltd., handles bulk production with full compliance documentation, coordinated from our Shanghai and Hong Kong business units.
Beyond manufacturing, the group holds industrial property, mineral assets and commercial land interests across mainland China, including production facilities, warehousing, mining operations and leased commercial land.

Heritage

Today the company operates a wholly owned production base and industrial property holdings across mainland China, with commodity trading, logistics infrastructure and program coordination managed from Shanghai and Hong Kong.
